LASE Information

Local Administrators of Special Education (LASE) groups may choose to become local affiliates of MO-CASE. LASE groups may represent ECSE, K-12, &/or higher education members and supporters. Each group will regularly provide to MO-CASE such information concerning its organization and membership as to maintain consistency of purpose and provide for communication and participation with MO-CASE.

LASE Groups generally meet monthly and are regionally located across the state of Missouri. For a listing of LASE Contacts and locations, please see the list below.

The Missouri LASE network is actually quite unique in the country. We have 20 regional groups of special education directors who gather on a regular basis for professional development opportunities and professional association with colleagues. Because of this network, you are connected with colleagues in your area but also connected to MO-CASE in a strong fashion. This year, we plan to expand some of the features of the MO-CASE website and include regular information from LASE Groups - - your meeting schedules, agendas for your meetings, copies of information provided via professional development, etc. We hope this new feature gives you greater access to information and creative ideas of your colleagues around the state.
